Therapy
Going to therapy is a highly personal decision that is often a long-time in the making. Many people are a bit unsure how it will go and it’s a risk to go and meet with a therapist for the first time. I think one of my superpowers is helping people feel comfortable with the process of therapy and taking it at the pace they’d like to go.
Given how important it is to find a therapist you really like, I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation so I can learn more about you and what has you considering therapy. This will help me determine if I am the best person to help you achieve your goals. It also gives you an opportunity to do a “vibe check” with me and see if you think you’d like working with me. It’s also a great time for you to ask any questions about how I work or what to expect.
You can call/text me at 404-482-3232 or email me at meredith@meredithsjobergphd.com.

FEES & INSURANCE
My private pay rate is $225/session. Sessions are 45-50 minutes. Payment is due at the start of each session via a secure platform, Ivy Pay, or Venmo. If I do not accept your insurance plan, you may want to submit a “superbill” to your insurance company. I am happy to provide this “superbill” upon request. You may call your insurance company to verify your benefits. The CPT code you would be asking about would be 90837 for an out of network provider.
If you happen to reside in Washington state, I am “in-network” with several insurances in WA:
-> Regence
-> Aetna
-> Anthem EAP
-> Carelon Behavioral Health
PAPERWORK
Links for important initial paperwork will be sent once a first session is confirmed. Even though it’s not necessarily fun to complete paperwork, it is an important step and helps me understand your specific needs. We will review the paperwork together in our first session.
